Terms of Introduction

Nexus Logic (Pty) Ltd, trading as Work Marketplace (registration number 2026/756972/07, George, South Africa) - Effective Date: [date]

These terms apply when Work Marketplace introduces job seekers to your business. You accept them by replying “I accept” to the email that sent you the quote. Candidate details are released only after we have your acceptance and your payment.

1. What we do

Work Marketplace brings job seekers and businesses together. At your request we select job seekers whose profiles match the vacancy or vacancies you discussed with us and, once these terms are accepted and payment is received, introduce them to you by sending their CVs and contact details. We do not employ the candidates, and we are not your recruitment agent for the hiring decision.

2. Candidate permission

We introduce a candidate only after that candidate has given us permission to share their CV and contact details with your business. Candidates are not told your business name before they agree. It is for you to decide whether to contact them, and for them to decide whether to respond. We cannot guarantee that a candidate will be available or interested.

3. Fees and payment

The fee for the introduction, and when it is payable, are set out in your quote. Candidate details are released after payment is received.

4. Refunds

[Refund terms to be finalised.]

5. Use of candidate information (POPIA)

From the moment you receive candidate information you are the responsible party for it under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). You agree to:

6. Candidates you take further

[Placement fee terms to be finalised.]

7. No guarantee

We do not verify qualifications, experience, references, criminal or credit records, or availability, and we do not guarantee suitability or placement. You remain responsible for your own checks and for your hiring decisions. Candidate information is as supplied by the candidates.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Work Marketplace is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the candidate information or from any hiring decision. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and are to be read with our Terms of Use. They are the whole agreement for this introduction, and any change must be in writing. Acceptance by email reply from the contact named in the quote is as binding as a signature. Our Information Officer, NW Hunt, can be reached at info@nexuslogic.co.za or 081 354 4840.
